Cancellations:

Highland Retreat is primarily suitable for adults. Because of our location, perched high on a hillside with some steep outside stairways, accommodation is sadly not appropriate for children, or pets.

30 day advance reservations preferred with a 2 night minimum reservation .All Bookings require the first night's deposit with the balance due on arrival. A 50% deposit is required if staying for 4 nights or more. Refunds are only given if cancellation is made 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds thereafter. A £10 handling fee is charged for cancellation. If your stay with us is cut short as a result of your changing circumstances, refunds cannot be given.
